Health and Wellness

Health and Wellness is an informational and educational ministry devoted to raising awareness regarding health and wellness issues and of the individuals responsibility to honor God by taking care of the "fearfully and wonderfully made" bodies He has given us. We agree that achieving physical, emotional and spiritual wellness helps us to ease distress and disease.

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body." (1 Cor. 6:19-20)
