“…and by His wounds we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5b

Do you hear Him? He’s speaking your name. “Mary.” He wasn’t the Gardner; He is the risen Lord. “Thomas”, stop doubting and believe. He was real, not a phantom. “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? Who are you, Lord?” He was not a stranger, but the very Lord Saul thought he was serving, but wasn’t. He would serve Him and suffer greatly in His work. But he would be used to spread the church to other continents.

And now He is calling our names, here in WNY. “Your sins are forgiven; your soul is cleansed. My stripes have healed you. Now go, and spread the news, I was dead but now am alive evermore. And I hold life out to all who will come to me!”

Lord, I hear Your voice, and will follow You wherever You call me to go!
